Portfolio

Your vacancies deserve more than a broadcast message.

Every unit you have already described in QaceHomes — the photographs, the rent, the deposit, the bedrooms — is one switch away from a public page under your own name and colour. The people who find it enquire, book a viewing, or apply, and all three land in the pipeline you already work.

Illustration of a branded public portfolio site: a header carrying the agency’s logo and accent colour, three unit listings showing availability status and rent, and a booking panel where a visitor has selected a viewing slot with two backups.

The visitor

What someone can do without calling you.

Five things, none of which require an account, an app, or your working hours.

  1. They find the site

It lives at your own slug — qacehomes.com/p/adaeze-estates — with your logo, your accent colour, your tagline and your pitch. Public if you want it public, or behind a password, an expiry date, or a view limit if you do not.

  2. They see what is genuinely available

Listing status is derived, not typed: occupied, pre-marketing, reserved, available soon, available now. An occupied unit is never shown as coming soon, whatever anyone left on the record last month.

  3. They ask about a unit

The form captures who they are and when they mean to move — right away, within a month, one to three, three to six, or just looking. It becomes a prospect at Inquiry, deduplicated against your existing contacts by email or phone number.

  4. They book a viewing themselves

A week of real slots, drawn from your working hours, your blackout dates, your minimum lead time and your booking horizon. They pick a preferred slot and up to two backups, all three checked as genuinely open. It arrives as a request; you confirm it.

  5. They apply, with documents

Government ID, payslip, bank statement, reference letter, guarantor — ten files, ten megabytes each. Then they follow the application’s progress from their own link, rather than emailing you on a Saturday to ask.

The detail

A public surface, treated like one.

Three levels of page, scoped branding, throttled forms, and analytics that never learn a visitor’s address.

  • Three levels, all public

The portfolio, each property inside it, each unit inside that. Photo galleries at property and unit level, a price range on the property, market rent and deposit on the unit.

  • Analytics that do not store an IP address

Page views are counted against a daily-salted hash of address and browser. You get a thirty-day trend on the admin side; the database never holds a visitor’s IP address at all.

  • Your brand, and only on this surface

Logo and accent colour are injected as custom properties scoped to the public pages, so nothing a portfolio is branded with can leak into the dashboard your team is working in.

  • Throttled at the edge of the funnel

Enquiries five a minute, applications three, document uploads twenty — each per address. A public form on the open internet is a public form on the open internet, and it is rate-limited accordingly.

  • Uploads that stay quarantined until they belong to something

Documents attached before an application is submitted are held unbound for thirty minutes and then expire. PDF, JPEG and PNG only, ten megabytes each, ten per application.

  • You decide what appears

A property has to be active and marked shareable, the link to the portfolio has to be visible, and draft or archived units never appear. Nothing reaches the public site because someone forgot a switch existed.

What the portfolio site does not do.

Two of these matter for how you use it, and one matters for how it is found.

  • It lives at qacehomes.com/p/your-slug. There is no custom domain, and no site builder — you choose a logo, an accent colour and your words, not a template.
  • A booking arrives as a request, not a confirmation. Nobody gets a confirmed slot in your calendar without you confirming it.
  • Search-engine metadata on portfolio pages is still thin: a title and a description, no share card and no structured data. That is a known gap on our side, not a design choice.

See your own units on a public page.

Send us a handful of vacancies before the call and we will have them live on a demonstration portfolio by the time you join it.
