Pilot phase
We're piloting with a small group of property managers.
We are working closely with a handful of landlords and managers in Lagos and Cape Town, shaping the product around what they actually need — rather than committing to a price list before those lessons land.
Your portfolio, set up with you
Properties, units, tenants, and existing leases loaded in — not left as homework after the call.
A direct line while you use it
You talk to the people building it. Fixes ship in days, not in a quarterly release.
A say in what gets built next
Pilot partners shape the roadmap. That is the trade — early software, real influence over it.
After you ask
What happens next.
Three steps, and none of them is a sales sequence.
01
A reply within one business day
Written by a person, not a sequence. If we do not think we are a fit yet, we will say so in that reply.
02
Half an hour, screen shared
Run against the kind of portfolio you manage — your unit mix, your currency, your rent cycle. No slide deck.
03
You decide, either way
Onboarding with us, or nothing at all. There is no obligation on the other side of the walkthrough.
The honest answer
Why there is no price list on this page.
Publishing numbers we are not confident in would be the easy thing to do and the wrong one. We are still learning what this work is worth to a manager with eleven units in Yaba versus one with four hundred across Gauteng, and those are not the same answer.
When pricing does land, it will be quoted in Naira or Rand, scaled to the size of the portfolio you manage, and explained to you in a conversation before it appears on an invoice — not discovered in a footnote.
Currency handling, billing cadence, and the shape of the plans are all still open questions. If you would like a say in how they are answered, the pilot is the way in.
Rather just write to us?
The form is faster for both of us, but the inbox is real and a person reads it.
